Modern Networks is the leading provider of ICT service to the UK’s commercial property management sector. Our clients include CBRE, Savills, Cushman and Wakefield, JLL and many others. One of our areas of expertise is the provision of site management services for managing agents with nearly 2000 sites across the UK including 45 science parks and innovation centres.

 In May 2021, Modern Networks completed a private equity funding round with Horizon Capital targeting expansion and acquisition. The first two acquisitions were Bridge Fibre and Surrey-based Response IT, which have since been fully integrated into Modern Networks.

 The combined business now has a turnover of more than £20M, boosting the Modern Networks team to more than 150 employees operating from Hitchin, Cambridge, Guildford and Manchester, delivering better scale and coverage to our existing clients.
