Commercial property firm Avison Young has announced the release for sale of the final phases of development land at the Bristol and Bath Science Park, acting on behalf of South Gloucestershire Council.
The newly available plots range from approximately 1.05 acres to 4.9 acres, with the potential to accommodate buildings of up to 90,000 square feet, subject to planning approval. The offering is aimed at science and technology-focused businesses seeking to establish bespoke, purpose-built facilities within an established innovation hub.
Designed to support companies as they scale, the science park provides modern infrastructure, flexible development opportunities, and a collaborative landscaped environment intended to foster growth and innovation.
Since its development began in 2011, the park has attracted a number of key occupiers within the science and research community, including organisations such as the National Composites Centre , IAAPS ( Bath University ) and the Catapult Network. The park also offers a range of “grow-on” and innovation hub office spaces, allowing businesses to establish an initial presence while new facilities are under construction.
Avison Young confirmed it is now inviting enquiries from interested parties regarding the remaining development land.
