Flexible business space

Flexibility and choice are key to the success of the Innovation Factory, and so the workspace agreements are based on monthly payments and can be cancelled with as little as one month’s notice.

Innovation Factory has over 34,000 sq ft of office space, providing a range of office sizes suitable for 1-10 people, in a supportive and nurturing setting.

Hot Desks

Hot desks are ideal for people who are always on the go and want a collaborative shared space. They are available to hire at a daily rate, providing access to a desk and fast internet connection.

Virtual Offices

Innovation Factory offers virtual office packages for companies not yet ready for physical space – virtual membership provides a prestigious mailing address and a local telephone number with additional professional services.

Meeting and Conference Facilities

Innovation Factory has a range of small and large meeting rooms to suit any assembly, ranging from 2 to 70 people.

The rooms are fully equipped with presentation equipment, free WiFi and ample parking. Break-out space and catering facilities are available on request, and only 10 minutes from Belfast City Centre.
