Heyford Park Innovation Centre provides the ideal workspace for start-up and growing companies, offering flexible, professional premises with a range of business support services – including the DiagnOx Laboratory, a fully equipped, managed laboratory and office facility ideal for companies within the biotechnology industry.

Serviced offices and lab facilities are available to let on flexible terms, with as little as one month’s notice. The meeting and conference rooms are ideal for client appointments or presentations, and there’s a welcoming reception team to greet guests.

The Centre offers shared offices, hot desks and virtual offices for those not ready for office space. Supportive office environment Heyford Park Innovation Centre provides a nurturing base to work from, allowing businesses to grow within a lively environment where they will have access to the skills, knowledge and experience of similar individuals and companies.

The Centre plays a key role in the innovation ecosystem in North Oxfordshire, with just over 22,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space ranging from 100 to 700 sq ft. The Centre has the business facilities and commercial infrastructure to support over 40 companies, each with between 1 and 25 employees. The Centre is the ideal environment for start-up and early-stage companies. The costs are tightly controlled, there are no long term contracts, and the day-to- day running of the offices is in safe hands, leaving companies to concentrate on growing their business.

Diagnox Laboratory 

DiagnOx Laboratory is a fully equipped, 4,500 sq ft managed laboratory and office facility that allows researchers or companies within the biotechnology industry to undertake both research and development and proof-of-concept work cost-effectively and in a supportive environment, helping you turn innovation based research into new business. Licences include lab bench space, an office desk with internet access, and shared lab facilities.

The laboratory was established to help improve the commercialisation of the UK’s world-class biomedical research through the development of a programme of services tailored to meet the needs of the sector. 

Hot Desk’s

Hot desks are ideal for people who are always on the go, rarely in the same place two days running. They are available to hire by the hour, day or week, providing access to a desk and fast internet connection. In addition to these practical facilities there is access to a wide range of other services, including business support and networking opportunities. 

Virtual offices

Heyford Park Innovation Centre offers virtual office packages designed to provide you with a professional image for your business, without incurring the cost of renting office space. 

Meeting and conference facilities 

Heyford Park Innovation Centre has a range of superb conference and meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies, accommodating between 2 and 20 delegates. The rooms are fully equipped with presentation equipment, free WiFi, and ample parking; break-out space and catering facilities are available on request. The experienced, professional reception team support bookings from start to finish, from arranging the catering to welcoming guests.
