Harwell Innovation Centre plays a key role in the innovation network in Oxfordshire, offering 25,000 sq ft office space ranging from 100 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft. The Centre has developed the business facilities and commercial infrastructure to support over 60 companies, from single entrepreneurs to expanding businesses.

The environment at both Harwell Innovation Centre and Harwell Campus provides a supportive community. Private office spaces are available to let at short notice, and our flexible approach means companies can take more space within the Innovation Centre – a key objective is to help businesses grow. Harwell Innovation Centre is located 5 minutes’ drive from the A34, with fast links to the M40 and M4 motorways for easy access to London, the Midlands, South and North. As well as only a 15 minute drive from Didcot Parkway rail station, with frequent connections to Reading, Oxford, London, Bristol and the South coast.
