Situated on the Harwell Campus within the Science Vale Oxford Enterprise Zone, home to one of the biggest specialist scientific and technology communities of its kind in Europe, Harwell Innovation Centre provides excellent links to both public and private sector organisations.

Private & virtual Offices
Harwell Innovation Centre plays a key role in the innovation network in Oxfordshire, offering 25,000 sq ft office space ranging from 100 sq ft to 1,700 sq ft. The Centre has developed the business facilities and commercial infrastructure to support over 60 companies, from single entrepreneurs to expanding businesses.
The environment at both Harwell Innovation Centre and Harwell Campus provides a supportive community. Private office spaces are available to let at short notice, and our flexible approach means companies can take more space within the Innovation Centre – a key objective is to help businesses grow. Harwell Innovation Centre offers virtual office packages designed to provide businesses with a professional image, without incurring the cost of renting office space. Meeting & conference facilities
Harwell Innovation Centre has a range of superb meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies. Whether space is needed for a large meeting, product launch, board meeting or interview, there is a room to meet the requirements.

All occupiers at Harwell Innovation Centre have access to all the amenities on Harwell Campus. The Campus is considered to be a beacon of the UK knowledge economy. How to Find Us
Harwell Innovation Centre is located 5 minutes’ drive from the A34, with fast links to the M40 and M4 motorways for easy access to London, the Midlands, South and North. As well as only a 15 minute drive from Didcot Parkway rail station, with frequent connections to Reading, Oxford, London, Bristol and the South coast.
