Accommodation 

The campus is centred on eight science blocks . A typical block contains 1,500sqm (16,000 sqft) of net useable space over two floors. Each floor houses a mix of laboratory and office accommodation. Laboratory  space is available from 40sqm to 400sqm with adjoining office space from 19sqm to 325sqm.

All laboratories are equipped with laboratory gases, utilities, fume extract and benching and can be configured to meet the needs of research, diagnostics and laboratory based production methods. Laboratories can be reconfigured in response to short-term business opportunity or adapted and expanded to meet longer term business growth.
