Vengrove is a pan-European investment and advisory firm, established in 2013.

We invest thematically in bespoke operationally intensive real estate strategies through direct equity and owner-operator platform creation. Our investment management capability is built around specialist operator and management businesses that we invest in and incubate at the start-up stage on behalf of global institutional capital.

Vengrove is engaged in the established and emerging UK Life Sciences markets. We aim to create purposeful Life Sciences space to serve the genuine requirements of the sector, its users, the community and the science. We are currently working with a range of public sector and educational bodies across London, the East and South East to enable and realise their growth ambitions.

In 2024 Vengrove announced our partnership with Norwich Research Park (NRP) to finance and deliver up to 800,000 sq ft of new space to meet the growing demand across key markets in Agribiotech, Food biotech, Industrial biotech and MedTech. NRP is underpinned by the incumbent research institutes, Earlham Institute, John Innes Centre, Quadram Institute Bioscience and The Sainsbury Laboratory as well as the University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The first phase of the development programme began in Q2 2025 with 65,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to support cutting-edge research.

Alongside our investment management activities, we also work with life science owner occupiers, not-for-profit organisations and select investor clients, to provide valuable insights to those without the in-house capabilities, helping them realise the real estate opportunities available to them. With an investor’s mindset, our advisory offer aims to empower third parties with the same real estate service capability and rigour we bring to our own investment and development activites. Our in-house expertise ensures seamless coordination across all real estate disciplines, enabling us to drive project delivery and realisation from inception to occupation, effectively managing risk and optimising returns.
