ABOUT
Plymouth Science Park (PSP) was established in 1996 and is a partnership between Plymouth City Council and the University of Plymouth. It is the largest Science and Technology Park in the South West and is host to over 150 businesses in the Life Sciences, Marine, Sustainable Environment, e-Commerce, and Digital Technology.
Set across 35 acres, PSP offers over 180,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation plus wet/dry laboratory space ranging from 160 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft units. With leases starting at one month, PSP can provide the most flexible space solution for businesses from start-up to established organisations.
Our Place – Your Space
The Park is located alongside the Derriford Teaching Hospital, Plymouth University Peninsula School of Medicine and Dentistry, The Derriford Research Facility, and the University of St Mark and St John. It is the centre for clinical trials in cognitive research, dementia and diabetes. Its association with the University of Plymouth provides significant collaborative opportunities and access to resources, expertise, and talent.
PSP Advisory Board
The PSP Advisory Board comprises a team of high-quality business advisors with experience in many different disciplines and industry sectors. Tenants have up to 100 hours of support per year free of charge. Advisors typically provide support in areas such as business planning and development, re-financing, sales and marketing, strategy, organisation and development, coaching and mentoring.
