Oxford Centre for Innovation provides the ideal workspace for start-up and growing companies, offering flexible, professional premises with a range of business support services needed during the first vital years of operation.
Serviced offices are available to let on flexible terms, with as little as one months’ notice. The on-site meeting and conference rooms are ideal for client appointments or presentations and there’s a welcoming reception team to greet guests. The centre also provides virtual offices for those not ready for office space.
The centre differs from a standard business centre by offering a range of practical innovation and growth support that proactively encourages the development of start-ups, entrepreneurial and high-growth companies.
Supportive Office Environment
Oxford Centre for Innovation provides a professional base to work from, allowing businesses to grow within a lively environment where they will have access to the skills, knowledge and experience of similar individuals and companies.
With 20,000 square feet of office space, Oxford Centre for Innovation can provide a home for up to 50 companies. Offices range from 140 to 1,500 square feet, ideal for companies with 1 to 25 employees.
The centre is the ideal environment for start-up and early-stage companies. The costs are tightly controlled, there are no long term contracts and the day to day running of the offices is in safe hands, leaving companies to concentrate on growing their business.

Meeting and Conference Facilities
Oxford Centre for Innovation has a range of superb conference and meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies, accommodating 2 to 40 delegates. Whether space is needed for a conference, product launch, board meeting or interview; there is a room to meet the requirements.
The rooms are fully equipped with presentation equipment, free WiFi, ample parking, break-out space and catering facilities are available on request. The experienced, professional reception team support bookings from start to finish; from arranging the catering to welcoming guests.Â
Business Support
As part of the supportive environment within Oxford Centre for Innovation, networking amongst customers is encouraged. Regular business networking events, as well as a range of training and learning events on relevant business topics in conjunction with partners, are held at the centre.

Oxford Centre for Innovation is managed by Oxford Innovation on behalf of Science Oxford, as part of their ongoing efforts to support the innovation landscape in the region.Â
Science Oxford is the public face of The Oxford Trust, an independent charity and Company limited by guarantee with the mission to ‘Encourage the pursuit of science and enterprise’. Since the Trust was established in 1985 it has played a leading role in stimulating communication and making links between scientists, entrepreneurs and the public in the region.

Oxford Centre for Innovation is managed by Oxford Innovation, the UK’s leading business and innovation centre operator. How to find us
Located in the heart of the historic and culturally diverse city of Oxford, Oxford Centre for Innovation offers excellent transport links. It is a five minute walk from Oxford rail and bus stations which provide a regular service to London in an hour. The A34 and M40 are easily accessible and provide excellent road links to the North and South of the country.
The centre neighbours the main shopping area and a variety of restaurants and bars. Tourist attractions including Oxford University, Oxford Castle and the Ashmolean Museum are within walking distance.
