Fareham Innovation Centre is located in the Solent Enterprise Zone at Daedalus. The Centre is dedicated to providing customers with everything they need to make their business a success, from office/workshop space to a range of business support, in order to help run and grow their business. Offices and workshops are available to let on flexible terms, with as little as one month’s notice. The on-site business lounge, meeting and conference rooms are ideal for client appointments and presentations. A welcoming reception team greets guests. The Centre also provides shared and virtual offices for those not ready for office space.

Supportive office environment

Fareham Innovation Centre has office space available throughout two floors, accommodating businesses of all sizes and offering the support needed for success. Offices are equipped with high-speed broadband and VoIP telephony, are DDA Compliant, complemented with state of the art facilities and high quality business support. Benefits include free on-site parking, a flexible notice period, access to a printer/photocopier, and friendly reception and management staff.

Fareham Innovation Centre offers virtual office packages designed to provide a professional image for businesses, without incurring the cost of renting office space. Ideal for start-up companies, those on the road or working from home.

Workshops

The Workshops provide the perfect solution for light manufacturing and engineering, with a range of high bay workshops designed specially to cater to the aerospace, aviation and marine industries. The Centre has 15 workshops ranging from 312 to 807 sq ft which are readily accessible from the car park and within the main building. All workshops have working sinks and have been designed to withstand industrial activity.

Shared office

These are a perfect solution for businesses looking to take that next step out of the home office and into the professional environment. Customers will be given a desk with lockable storage and access to a range of services and facilities, as well as sharing the space with other local businesses and potential future clients.

Meeting and conference facilities

Fareham Innovation Centre has a range of superb conference and meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies for 2 to 40 delegates. The rooms are fully equipped with presentation equipment, free WiFi, and ample parking; break-out space and catering facilities are available on request.

The Wardroom

Located at the heart of the Centre is our business lounge, The Wardroom. It is an informal location to meet clients, relax, and network with other customers, or a place to touch down when on the road. It’s available to all our customers and on a membership basis for external companies, and with free Wi-Fi and refreshments, it’s a good place to escape to if you need to take some time away from your desk.

Business Support

Fareham Innovation Centre provides support and advice for businesses to achieve their objectives, helping with vision, strategy and effective implementation. Networking amongst customers is encouraged, and regular business networking events are held at the Centre, as well as a range of training and learning events on relevant business topics in conjunction with partners.
