With office and laboratory sizes ranging from 110 sq ft to 1,360 sq ft, there is space to suit businesses at all stages of growth, let on flexible terms, with as little as one month’s notice, to ensure that occupiers have the correct space for their changing business requirements.

Culham Innovation Centre has meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or Culham Science Centre based companies. The meeting rooms are ideal for client appointments or presentations, and there is a welcoming reception team to greet guests.
All occupiers at Culham Innovation Centre have access to all the amenities of Culham Science Centre – the hottest place on earth, as the technology used by CCFE requires temperatures approximately six times hotter than the sun’s core. Through connections made via the Innovation Centre Director, all occupiers have access to specialist equipment and can work with some of the front runners in science and technology today:
