CUTP is a unique business location, offering flexible, serviced office space to small and growing firms as well as conference accommodation and business support.

Neighbouring Milton Keynes, CUTP is a thriving innovation habitat, with facilities, supported by the world-renowned research capabilities of Cranfield University.

CUTP is home to over 50 businesses, ranging from start-up companies through to internationally recognised brands.

 CUTP’s location places it at the heart of a thriving economic region, at the heart of the Oxford- Cambridge Arc.  As well as excellent road links and free car parking spaces, it boasts easy access to the rail network, as well as Cranfield University’s own airport.

CRANFIELD INNOVATION CENTRE (CIC)

CIC is tailored to the needs of small and growing businesses, offering serviced offices on flexible up to1,780 sq ft, with a recently refurbished Café, meeting rooms, conference facilities and administrative support.

CIC tenants include aerospace engineering, automotive engineering, software design and business consultancies.

Flexible office solutions are available, that allow you to grow and evolve, without being held back by inflexible lease agreements. 

TRENT HOUSE & DERWENT HOUSE

Both buildings are multi-occupation buildings, providing offices for established businesses, from 2,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft.

Current tenants, include those that have moved from start-up space, in the CIC.

CONFERENCING

CUTP’s on-site meeting rooms and conference facilities, are available to hire, for all businesses.

CIC includes a large conference room, with seating for 25 people and two meeting rooms, for 8-10 people.

All rooms have wireless access points and modern audio visual equipment. Catering is available from the café.
