Bruntwood SciTech is the UK’s largest property provider dedicated to the growth of the science and technology sector. Formed in 2018, Bruntwood SciTech is a 50:50 joint venture between leading property company Bruntwood and Legal & General, providing high spec office and lab space, scientific services and bespoke programmes of business support across a network of innovation districts in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
The network which includes Alderley Park, Manchester Science Park, Innovation Birmingham, Citylabs, Platform and Circle Square is already home to over 600 of the UK’s most disruptive and innovative businesses.
