Ashton Old Baths (AOB) is a brand-new innovative workspace for start-up and expanding creative and digital businesses in Greater Manchester. The building has been transformed from the iconic Victorian public swimming pool into a dynamic creative community, with superb facilities on-site to ensure businesses grow and excel. 

Supportive Working Environment 

Situated in a freestanding structure within the old swimming-pool hall, the new hub boasts first class facilities for growing dynamic companies looking for office space. Businesses will have access to the skills, knowledge and experience of similar individuals and companies within the building, and the open plan structure encourages cross working and collaboration.

This option offers a perfect solution for businesses looking to take that next step out of the home office and into the professional environment. Customers will have access to the state-of-the-art Centre facilities and on-site Centre management support. There are individual workstations in a large open plan office, all equipped with a desk, VoIP handset and fast internet connection. 

Co -Working Space 

The building has been designed to accommodate a range of co-working options to provide local start-up businesses and entrepreneurs with the flexibility to hire a “pay-as-you-go desk”. 

Virtual Office

AOB offers virtual office packages designed to provide a professional image for businesses, without incurring the cost of renting office space. Ideal for start-up companies, those on the road or working from home. 

Meeting and Conference Facilities 

AOB has a superb contemporary open plan space suitable for hosting conferences and workshops for up to 50 people.
