West of Scotland Science Park under new ownership

Late last year Speyroc Ltd completed the purchase of the head lease on Kelvin Campus this brings the total number of buildings under their management across West of Scotland Science Park to 11. There are now over 50 technology companies within their portfolio covering a wide range of sectors.

Kelvin Campus is one of two campuses which make up the West of Scotland Science park. The Science Park is a partnership between Scottish Enterprise and the Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde.

Since 1983, it has been accommodating businesses specialising in the development and research of future technologies. These businesses focus on a variety of science and technology-focused areas which include laser systems, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and more.

The premises itself spans across a 60-acre site and is located just 3 miles north-west of Glasgow City Centre.

Speyroc’s newest addition – Kelvin Campus is comprised of nine pavilions. It offers excellent facilities for those who work there including reception, conference centre, conference rooms, sports complex and gym, security and CCTV, a nursery, free parking and more.

The kelvin campus stands above the rest and is the ultimate choice for businesses looking for state of the art work space with excellent facilities and conveniences to expand their success.
