Membership Categories

Find the right membership for you

UKSPA has three membership categories, designed to reflect where you are in your journey, from fully operational parks to organisations planning for the future, and businesses that support the sector.

Full Membership

For organisations that are fully operational, with a site, buildings, occupiers and an active management function delivering support to knowledge-intensive businesses.

Associate Membership

For innovation locations that are in development, recently launched or working towards full member criteria. Associate membership gives you access to the full UKSPA network and benefits as you build towards operational status.

  • Organisations working towards the full member definition
Business Affiliate Membership

For organisations whose work supports, enables or enriches the UK’s innovation location sector. Business Affiliates benefit from full membership access and play an active role in the UKSPA community, bringing expertise, products and services that add genuine value to the network.

Simple, transparent pricing

Annual subscriptions are based on the scale of your park or organisation. All fees are subject to VAT. New members pay a one-off joining fee of £125 + VAT.
