VINCI Construction UK to deliver Oxford Street New Build
VINCI Construction UK has secured the new build project on Oxford Street.
Comprising a total of 11 high end residential apartments, which will consist of 3 on each of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor levels, there will be 3 no. 1-bed apartments and 6 no. 2-bed apartments with a further 2 no. 2-bed apartments to be provided on the 5th floor.
The project has commenced with preconstruction approval being sort from Westminster CC & TFL. The site works themselves commenced at the end of October and the overall construction duration is 51 weeks.
