Managing Director Carl Baker said: “Everyone at Nant is delighted to be recognised by the Black Country Chamber of Commerce by winning the tech prize against a competitive field, along with two commendations. Nant’s leadership team are transforming a traditional water safety company into an outward looking, high performing and progressive company which is unafraid of exploring new opportunities to secure future growth.
Committed to making both strategic and practical improvements, the business has expanded into new markets such as gas services and tech innovations as they look to benefit customers through continual improvement.
Nant innovated with the roll out of L8 Remotes, a system which sees the installation of 24/7 remote monitoring devices at care homes to reduce the number of in-person visits and use tech to protect residents from unnecessary visits.
Remote monitoring allows for easier compliance and ability to highlight any unusual trends in water temperature, flow and usage which can then be easily identified and rectified.
As a responsible business with community at it’s core, Nant actively engage with good causes close to the hearts of their colleagues, customers and communities. In the last 12 months Nant colleagues have fundraised more than £2,700 for Dementia UK as well as sponsoring the Wolverhampton Grand Theatre Memory Tour café’s for elderly care home residents living with dementia.
Established in 1994 to provide top quality service in legionella control, Nant provide innovative systems to ensure water supplies for clients across the UK are as safe and secure as possible.
