Congratulations to Portsmouth Technopole member, My Learning Cloud, which won multiple awards at the Portsmouth Business Excellence awards 2020.

The first of these was Medium Business of the Year, an award recognising outstanding performance by a company with a workforce of 24 or fewer. The judges were “looking for something special for all to admire and from which all can learn.”

My Learning Cloud also won the overall Business of the Year award, which was selected by the judges from the winners of all of the other categories. This is a fantastic achievement for the organisation as My Learning Cloud were up against impressive competition in the form of great companies such as Portsmouth International Port, Biscoes, easyNetworks and The Portsmouth Distillery Company.

The black-tie award ceremony took place on Friday 21st February at Portsmouth Guildhall and was attended by four representatives: Chief Cloud, Steven Embleton along with Business Support Officer Donna Robinson, Developer Ryan Thickett and Subject Matter Expert Jemma Hooker. Full coverage of the event can be found on the Portsmouth News website.

Portsmouth Technopole Centre Manager Dean Pascall commented, ‘I am delighted to see My Learning Cloud win these awards. It’s no less than they deserve. They are one of a group of excellent top tech companies based here at the Portsmouth Technopole’.
