Launch of the Nexus building, the newest addition to the campus at Harlow Science Park.

The soon-to-be completed development will be available this quarter and will be the region’s new premier office space focusing on flexible, collaborative working. The forward thinking development is creating a progressive sci-tech community as part of the wider Harlow Enterprise Zone, encouraging interaction between like-minded professionals, service providers and consultants. Nexus, with its cutting edge office space, combined with lush green surroundings and an easy commute, will make it a rewarding and highly convenient place to work. Workers at Nexus will also have access to an on-site cafe and, in the coming months, a gym and a nursery.

The Nexus building spans across 3 floors; the first offering 9,600 sq ft and the second and third 10,000 sq ft of open plan, Grade A office space. Each floor features full height glazing, recessed LED lighting and VRF cooling and heating systems. The building sits adjacent to the new Anglia Ruskin University Arise Innovation Centre, which will open in the coming weeks. It offers everything a new business needs: light-filled office space, break out spaces, meeting rooms and access to a network of like-minded highly-innovative entrepreneurs.  The serviced office accommodation includes small units suitable for 1-20 people in early stage and growth companies, along with hot desking facilities, creating an affordable base for R&D that could rapidly grow into something bigger.
