Located at the heart of Birmingham’s Knowledge Quarter, Innovation Birmingham is the UK’s largest campus dedicated to digital technology businesses and part of Bruntwood SciTech’s network of thriving innovation districts. It provides over 100,000 sq ft of workspace including coworking, serviced, managed and leased offices alongside meeting and conference facilities for digital tech entrepreneurs, start-ups, scale ups and large organisations.
The campus is home to a community of over 170 digital tech companies, over 1000 innovators and a network of investors looking to develop or fund digital tech businesses with high growth potential across sectors such as health, transport, finance, sport and property.
Just five minutes walk from New Street Station, the new HS2 terminus and neighbouring Aston and Birmingham City Universities, Innovation Birmingham offers entrepreneurs and investors a place to network, a place to focus and an inspirational place to collaborate, create and innovate.
This thriving hub helps disruptors develop, launch and scale new digital solutions, products and services while specialist programmes of business support offer access to finance, talent, markets and mentorship.
Our Serendip open-innovation programme offers start-ups and scale ups with high growth potential the opportunity to co-locate and partner with global corporates on challenge-led, innovation projects. Current partners include Telefonica and the WM5G Accelerator, Barclays, National Express, the NHS and Transport for West Midlands.

Enterprise Wharf – coming 2022
Currently under development, the 120,000 sq ft, 11 storey Enterprise Wharf will offer 10 x 12,000 sq.ft floor plates divisible into 4 – ideal for larger companies. Enterprise Wharf will provide much needed expansion and grow on space for the Campus as well as offering a range of amenities including cycle racks and showers and new external landscaping.
