MEMBER VACANCY: Space and Property Manager.

The University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and motivated property professional to support the Park’s leadership with the management and letting of commercial office accommodation within the UNIP property portfolio.

This is a new role within the organisation and the successful candidate will be expected to undertake lease and licence renewals, conduct rent reviews and maintain property records. They will also undertake dilapidation surveys and oversee planned developments and refurbishments.

This is a demanding, customer-facing role in which excellent negotiating skills are essential as well as exceptional reporting and communication skills in order to prepare budgets and Board reports.

UNIP is home to 40-plus businesses currently located across three iconic buildings within the University’s Jubilee campus.
