Oxford Innovation Space is recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Director to join its Division Management Board, as we enter the next phase of growth across the UK and Ireland.
This newly created executive role reflects a clear focus on strengthening our leadership capability to drive sustainable, innovation-led growth—expanding our portfolio of innovation centres, deepening partnerships and enhancing our position across the UK’s innovation and place-based development landscape.
This is a high-impact, outward-facing leadership role. The Business Development & Marketing Director will lead our growth strategy and pipeline development, bringing together business development, marketing and market positioning to ensure a proactive, insight-led approach to securing new opportunities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in:
- Shaping and delivering our UK & Ireland growth strategy
- Identifying and securing new innovation space partnerships
- Aligning marketing, brand and communications with commercial outcomes
- Contributing at Board level to organisational strategy, investment decisions and long-term direction
