Anglia Innovation Partnership (AIP) LLP, the organisation that manages Norwich Research Park, has announced its new CEO. Roz Bird will take up her new position on 1 May.

Roz has had a very successful career managing urban regeneration projects, science parks and business parks in Cambridge, Silverstone, Milton Keynes and Bristol. She joins AIP LLP after 15 years with MEPC where she was commercial director. Before that she was business development director at the UK Science Park Association (UKSPA).

Roz also chairs the Silverstone Technology Cluster and leads both the Oxford to Cambridge Arc Super Cluster and MEPC Women into Construction initiative. She is highly experienced at leading high-performing professional teams, developing high-tech ecosystems, setting up social impact projects and has recently pioneered a new Environmental Net Gain initiative.
