The Bridge Nucleus is a modern, custom-built building in the heart of The Bridge development which provides the ideal workspace for start-up and growing companies within the science and technology sector. Serviced offices are available on flexible terms with as little as one month’s notice. The Nucleus provides 30,000 sq ft of flexible, climate controlled office space. Individual offices range from 75 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft and can accommodate 64 companies with 1 to 25 employees. The Pod is designed for start-up businesses, offering a soft financial landing, with a prestigious office address, access to the Centre facilities, help from the Centre staff and free business support. The Bridge Nucleus has a range of superb conference and meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies. Whether space is needed for a conference, product launch, board meeting or interview, there is a room to meet the requirements.
Business Support
Through the on-site Innovation Director, The Bridge Nucleus provides support and advice for businesses to achieve their objectives, helping with vision, strategy and effective implementation. This is not a chargeable extra service but a core feature of a true innovation centre
