Current offerings encompass Palomar Die & Wire Bonding, Device Packaging, Fibre Alignment, 3D Printing, Laser Etching/Marking, Microscopy (SEM and VMS), Industrial Metrology (Nikon XTV60 X-Ray / CT), and Product Testing.
