DJR Care Comes to the EpiCentre

DJR Care, a facilitator to the healthcare sector, has opened an office at The EpiCentre in Haverhill, focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare and residential care services through its own “DJR Care Model”.

Dr Raymond Davies, the company’s owner and CEO, says: “DJR Care is passionate about transforming the profitable margins of the private and elderly care sector through all facets of the supply chain and current innovations in healthcare. Being based at The EpiCentre, it is ideally located to take advantage of the reputation of the Oxford & Cambridge Growth Corridor, with its national and international perspective,” adds Davies.

Dr Davies, has extensive experience of transforming businesses internationally. “I moved to the USA in 2000 and became involved in healthcare business development. I came to understand the business of healthcare, the financing of it, its delivery and how it works. This broke me out of the mould of the NHS mentality in the UK where one size fits all,” he says.

DJR Care is about is delivering the margins and profit back into the care sector, as well as adding the dynamics of the advanced aspects of healthcare as a facilitator for care groups.

These advanced aspects include:

· Advising care groups internationally on the setting up of care villages, their design and the financing of them

· Working and partnering with AI platforms to deliver targeted quality care home staff where, currently, staff turnover is running at one-third and is the biggest cost for care home owners

· The setting up of polyclinics that are large medical facilities that offer a wide range of health services, including general and specialist care, diagnostic tests, and minor procedures, all under one roof.

· Facilitating the introduction of nutraceutical supplements into the elderly care environment

Centre Manager, Helen Earl, says: “We are delighted that DJR Care has chosen The EpiCentre as the launch pad for its UK and international expansion. Companies at The EpiCentre have every opportunity to take advantage of the regional connections that extend well beyond the UK.
