Cambridge Science Park has appointed Keith Purdie as Senior Director of Development and Operations, where he will lead the Park management team, oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction, and support the progression of its estate masterplan.

Keith joins from Colworth Science Park where, as Commercial Director, he led the transformation of the site into a high-performing science campus, supporting innovation-led growth across the food, health and life sciences sectors. He brings more than 15 years’ experience spanning estates, operations, commercial strategy and stakeholder partnerships, with a track record in delivering complex site development, building collaborative ecosystems and driving long-term value.

He takes up the position as the Park prepares to submit its estate masterplan, setting out a long-term vision for its future development and growth. The plans will support the next phase of the Park’s evolution, strengthening its role as a leading centre for science and innovation.
