Students at Berkeley Green on the trail of Bloodhound education

School children and students from Gloucestershire enjoyed a treat this morning when they were allowed to try out the a new centre at Gloucestershire Science and Technology Park.

The Berkeley Green park has become home to what is being billed at a new education centre inspired by the land speed record project called Bloodhound.

Due to be officially opened by the Lord-Lieutenant of Bristol, Peaches Golding OBE, who cancelled her visit due to the ongoing coronovirus crisis, the centre aims to recognise the work the Bloodhound Education Charity is doing alongside its partner organisation Bloodhound LSR.

It aims to illustrates how the unique engineering project is encouraging future generations to study STEAM – Science, Engineering, Technology, Art and Mat
