UKSPA Conference 2019

The UKSPA national conference that took place at the University of Birmingham attracted well over 600 delegates over the two days, both the conference theatres and exhibition hall were a hive of activity throughout as delegates, speakers and exhibitors came together to learn, network and do business.

The two days saw over 80 presentations take place covering topics such as science and innovation, Innovation clusters, incubation and start up’s and the Industrial strategy, these were just a few of subjects tackled over the conference.

Speakers included Sarah Main, Executive Director of the Campaign for Science and Engineering, Mike Wright, Chair, West Midlands Innovation Board, Professor Tim Softley, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Research and Innovation, University Of Birmingham.
