SETsquared now has two prime locations on either side of Exeter: the University of Exeter Innovation Centre on the Streatham campus and the Exeter Science Park Centre respectively, providing 3440 m2 and 1750 m2 of office and laboratory space.

These centres provide an outstanding environment, a wealth of facilities and services, including a conference centre and cafe, and access to leading-edge knowledge and expertise.

We have a diverse group of clients – from the public and private sectors, from start-up to mature companies – benefitting from offices and laboratories, hot desks or virtual services.

Our clients can access in-house business and technology support services. The Centres are part of the SETsquared Partnership – the global no. 1 university business incubator supporting high tech start-up companies, providing student enterprise and enabling academics to maximise the impact of their research.

Physical features

The Innovation Centre is located on the University of Exeter’s beautiful Streatham campus. On the other side of the city, the Science Park Centre is located in the heart of the Exeter Science Park. Both are in a parkland environment.

In addition to the office space we provide meeting and conference facilities, public cafés, excellent IT and communications, kitchenettes and shared services for clients.

Support features

In all of our facilities we offer dedicated business and technology support staff providing Business Acceleration services to clients at all stages of development.

Clients can also access experts in residence, business mentors, networks and a range of events, workshops and seminars.
