Stevenage Borough Council have granted Planning Permission to convert Sycamore House, currently used as a warehouse and storage facility, into a vibrant and modern 103,782 sq ft multi- tenanted laboratory and office scheme in Stevenage, catering to start-up, scale-up and mature companies in the Stevenage life science sector.
Mission Street are delivering the scheme for Kadans Science Partner, a major European science park investor, developer and operator since their purchase of the building in July 2019.
Construction is due to commence in Q2 2020.
