The Bridge Nucleus is a modern, custom-built building in the heart of The Bridge development which provides the ideal workspace for start-up and growing companies within the science and technology sector. Serviced offices are available on flexible terms with as little as one month’s notice. The range of fully equipped conference rooms are complemented with a welcoming reception team to greet guests, plus an on-site café. The Nucleus is proud to offer a range of practical innovation and growth support services that proactively encourages the development of start-ups, entrepreneurial and high-growth companies.

Supportive office environment

The Bridge Nucleus provides an impressive base to work from, allowing businesses to grow within a lively environment where they will have access to the skills, knowledge and experience of similar individuals and companies. The Nucleus provides 30,000 sq ft of flexible, climate controlled office space. Individual offices range from 75 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft and can accommodate 64 companies with 1 to 25 employees. The Centre is designed to help pioneering science and technology companies reach their full potential.

Shared offices – the pod

The Pod is designed for start-up businesses, offering a soft financial landing, with a prestigious office address, access to the Centre facilities, help from the Centre staff and free business support. It is the ideal environment for the transition from a home office or simply a low cost one person workstation. 

Meeting and conference facilities 

The Bridge Nucleus has a range of superb conference and meeting rooms available to hire by the hour or the day by internal or external companies. Whether space is needed for a conference, product launch, board meeting or interview, there is a room to meet the requirements.

Business Support

Through the on-site Innovation Director, The Bridge Nucleus provides support and advice for businesses to achieve their objectives, helping with vision, strategy and effective implementation. This is not a chargeable extra service but a core feature of a true innovation centre

As part of the supportive environment within the Centre, networking amongst customers is encouraged and facilitated by organised events.
