We were commissioned by the organisers, Regent Exhibitions, to supply fully branded Nooks to act as a brand-extender for sponsor, Costa Rica tourism, and a free-to-use service for event goers hungry for quiet space to meet, to get some of that important follow up emailing done, all while recharging their devices and themselves.
The Nooks were installed in under 2hrs, were immediately in use and maintained a near 100% utilisation throughout the event.
Sponsor customer Costa Rica were very pleased with the good will generated for their brand, the visuals of which matched across the Nooks and the main Costa Rica stand.
The Event Sponsorship Director was pleased with their customers reaction and in general with the good will the Nooks were generating.
The Event Operations Director expressed delight at the smooth process of installation and removal as well as the zero maintenance of the Nooks during the event.
Nook users talked of the great relief of being able to escape the wonderfully hectic busy event floor to recharge, refocus and re-build their power before returning to the event fray.
