Harborough Innovation Centre provides the ideal workspace for start-up and growing companies, offering flexible, professional premises with a range of business support services needed during the first vital years of operation. Harborough Innovation Centre is a purpose-built office complex, located at the gateway entrance to the new Airfield Business Park in the pretty town of Market Harborough. The Centre is a development project undertaken by Harborough District Council. The centre differs from a standard business centre by offering a range of practical innovation and growth support that proactively encourages the development of start-ups, entrepreneurial and high- growth companies.
Supportive office environment
Harborough Innovation Centre provides an impressive base to work from, allowing businesses to grow within a lively environment where they will have access to the skills, knowledge and experience of similar individuals and companies. The Centre can cater for up to 53 companies in a total of just over 23,000 sq ft of high specification office space ranging from 157 to 1,065 sq ft. The offices and studios are ideal for companies with 1-15 employees, benefiting from the flexible, professional, well-supported and well-equipped office environment. The Centre is the ideal environment for start-up and early-stage companies. There are no long-term contracts, and the day-to-day running of the offices is in safe hands, leaving companies to concentrate on growing their business.

Through the on-site Incubation Director, Harborough Innovation Centre provides support and advice for businesses to achieve their objectives, helping with vision, strategy and effective implementation. This is not a chargeable extra service but a core feature of a true Innovation Centre. As part of the supportive environment within the Centre, networking amongst customers is encouraged.
