ABOUT

Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and Torfaen County Borough Council are developing proposals for a Medi-Park on the Grange University Hospital (GUH) site in Llanfrechfa, Torfaen as a unique opportunity to drive significant health, economy and innovation benefits in the Gwent region and beyond.

A strong partnership has been established between Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, Torfaen County Borough Council, Welsh Government, Welsh Universities and the Cardiff City Region City Deal programme as the public sector development partners.

The proposed GUH Medi-Park will provide a range of business, clinical, academic and development space on the site of the Grange University Hospital in Llanfrechfa, Torfaen. A central innovation hub will bring all partners together at the heart of the site. The Medi-Park concept builds on the model for a number of similar, highly successful Research, Innovation, Science and Technology parks which are co-located with strategic hospital sites across the UK.
