SUMMARY:UKSPA Annual General Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the MEMBERS of the United Kingdom Science Park Association\, constituted as a company limited by guarantee will be held online at 15:00 on Friday 29th  November 2024. \nThe AGM will include an address by Chief Executive\, James Chaffer on UKSPA’s activities over the last year\, as well as a financial report on the health of the Association and the appointment of new members to the Board of Directors. \nThe AGM Agenda\, along with the Draft Minutes of the 2023 AGM and the Audited Accounts for YE 31st March 2024 will be distributed to all registered attendees closer to the meeting date. \nPlease Note: Attendance is by invitation\, for members only ­– if you haven’t received your personal invitation then please contact katie.lycett@ukspa.org.uk for details.  Voting rights at the AGM are restricted to a single individual from each Full Member organisation.  If you are a Full Member and unable to attend the AGM\, please get in touch if you would like to nominate another Full Member to vote on your behalf.
