This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic Workspace Development Manager to lead our successful innovation workspaces at Dock, Dock 2, and Gresham Works. You’ll manage our friendly and welcoming workspace team to deliver an outstanding service for our workspace tenants and support the growth of Leicester’s economy.
Dock is a fully occupied vibrant workspace building for technology businesses based at Leicester’s Pioneer Park and we have recently opened Dock 2. We have 70 offices/commercial spaces across these two buildings, which are individually leased to over 40 small innovative businesses. Gresham Works is an exciting new development in the centre of Leicester, opening in September 2021, where there will be a combination of offices, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms.
You’ll have the flexibility to work across these sites as well as the ability to work on occasion in the evenings to attend meetings and networking events.
The role
As a confident Workspace Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching the new flexible workspace at Gresham Works, manage Dock and grow the occupancy of Dock 2. Using strong leadership skills, you’ll lead and motivate our expanding team to deliver occupancy, revenue, and business growth outcomes. This will involve developing the tenant community across workspace sites and supporting the growth of tenant businesses. Working collaboratively with partners across the public and private sectors, you’ll scope and deliver sector development programmes and projects. You’ll build upon our successful workspace portfolio, grow commercial revenue streams, and develop new workspace projects.
