ABOUT
Located in the heart of Manchester’s Oxford Road Corridor innovation district, Circle Square is a new neighbourhood for the city. Providing over 1m sq ft of commercial office space, the new tech cluster is already home to global names including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Accenture and KPMG Digital Solutions.
Circle Square is also the home of the Manchester Tech Incubator; a specialist community of over 30 digital and technology innovation start-ups working in areas including Cyber Security, AI, Blockchain, VR and Big Data.
A new events space for up to 180 people makes it a great place for holding meetings, events and conferences.
The neighbourhood boasts the city’s first new park for generations – Symphony Park which is home to many social, health and wellbeing events, as well as an eclectic mix of independent shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Manchester pop-up retail and leisure destination HATCH is also based here.
