Julia Muir will discuss her new book ‘Change The Game’, which maps out how to be an inclusive business leader, at the Silverstone Technology Cluster’s (STC) forthcoming Gender Equality and Diversity event on Monday 8 March (International Women’s Day).
Julia is the award-winning founder of the Automotive 30% Club and leads its Inspiration for Innovation Network, partnering with MEPC Silverstone Park in the Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire region. An STC ambassador, Julia is also coaching MEPC’s Women Into Construction group via a series of action oriented digital workshops.
She has written Change The Game to demonstrate to businesses how embracing inclusion in their workforce can lead to improved productivity and profitability.
During the event on 8 March, Julia will join Silverstone Park Commercial Director and STC Chair Roz Bird to explain the purpose and inspiration for her book which officially launches that week…
In addition, two panels, including senior industry figures Penny Weatherup, HR Director of VW Group UK, and John Birch and Andrew Dudley, Director and Business Development Manager of construction businesses Glanville Consultants and Armac Group respectively, will further discuss how they are using the book to shape their gender equality and diversity actions.
