UKSPA members – Bridge Fibre – have been working closely with Culham Science Centre to provide a high speed broadband connection to all of the Park’s clients.
Bridge Fibre have 30 Science Park clients across the UK and are ideally placed to offer a range of connectivity solutions to meet the individual needs of the Park’s tennants.
Culham Science Centre is a complex and sophisticated site, being home to the UKAEA – the UK centre for research into Fusion Energy commercial tenancy.
While a significant portion of the site has been converted to commercial occupancy, plans exist for further renovation conversion and new build works, which brought new opportunities to improve the broadband connectivity. Digital partners – Jisc – were able to work alongside the UKAEA and Bridge Fibres to implement the new solution and transform service provision to the site.
