2 Part-time Innovation Centre Managers (2.5 days)

The University of Warwick Science Park The University of Warwick Science Park is the West Midlands' leader for the combined provision of quality office space and business support programmes for technology-based and innovation-led business. As a result of its success the Science Park has established a series of satellite Innovation Centres and now needs two part-time Centre Managers for its operations at Blythe Valley, Solihull and Warwick Technology Park, Warwick. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for marketing and managing the Centres on a day-to-day basis and integrating tenants' businesses into the appropriate areas of the University and the business support infrastructure of the Science Park and Business Link/Chamber of Commerce. In addition they will be required to liaise with the management team of The University of Warwick Science Park’s other Centres in Coventry. The successful candidates will have excellent communication and presentation skills, initiative and the ability to work independently, as well as within a team. A general awareness of the issues and problems facing managers of small business will be crucial. Candidates will be expected to be computer literate.
