The catering and conferencing facilities offer an exceptional service, at a competitive cost, for all staff and for corporate events. Conference, seminar and meeting room facilities, seating between 10 and 200 people, are available during normal office hours and refreshments, working lunches or formal dining can be arranged.

Meeting rooms in classic or modern style are available during normal office hours, from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Additionally, the Barry Cross Conference Centre can be hired for evening events.

Coffee and tea, buffet lunches or formal dining can be provided by the Institute’s kitchens.
