All conference and meeting rooms are equipped with all the audio/visual equipment you could need, including; HD data projectors, screens, laptops, DVD player, public address system, interactive whiteboard, wireless internet access, conference phone and hearing induction loops.  The mature walled garden adjacent to the farmhouse is a superb venue for large functions. Marquee hire can be arranged and could be used in conjunction with the main conference room. The garden is also a delightful venue for special events.A high standard of food is produced by the resident Chef and catering team.Your food requirements will be delivered to your room at the time specified by you. This can be a simple sandwich lunch through to a hot fork buffet as well as tea, coffee and cold drinks. As an alternative for parties of less than 15 delegates, there is a choice available to take lunch in the on-site restaurant. Delegate Rates Available upon request as are dependent on your needs. Room Hire Rate Woodstock Room: £150 per day, £100 per half day Oxford Room: £250 per day, £150 per half day Dining Room: £300 per day, £150 per half day or £40 per hour Blenheim Room: £500 per day, £250 per half day Rates are inclusive of audio/visual equipment but exclusive of VAT. Meeting Capacities for Each Room (Max) Woodstock Room: Theatre N/A; Board Room 12 Oxford Room: Theatre 40; Board Room 20 Dining Room: The Dining Room can be hired for private dining (maximum 20 people), or for buffet dining in conjunction with the Blenheim Room. The Dining Room can also be used as a meeting room for up to 12 people in Board Room style. Blenheim Room: Situated within the 17th century Farmhouse: Theatre 60; Board Room 24; Classroom 35 (Marquee hire can be arranged and could be used in conjunction with the main conference room, in which case capacity can be greatly increased.)
