On the back of recent success in the field of science park design, Ryder Architecture has recently landed a significant project for Thames Valley Science Park in Reading.
The commission will see the leading UK practice design bespoke new facilities for a 5,000sqm Gateway for the new Thames Valley Science Park. The Gateway and follow on buildings will be speculative multi occupancy facilities of serviced offices, laboratories and communal spaces, forming the first stage of the overall 18,000sqm first phase of development.
