Introduction
Sir Colin Campbell Building, UNIP The University of Nottingham Innovation Park (UNIP) Phase 1 opened for business in September 2008. UNIP seeks to attract high-tech and innovative companies which have synergy with the University's research, teaching and knowledge transfer activities, focusing on green tech, clean tech, ICT, satellite navigation and other high-technology applications. UNIP offers spin-out and spin-in space in close proximity to leading-edge research departments and technical facilities and support.

A flagship development, UNIP is based on the University's award-winning Jubilee Campus, acclaimed nationally and internationally as an exemplar in brownfield regeneration, and providing a vibrant and dynamic environment for business interactions.
