Richard Ball

Richard Ball  Director Richard Ball is currently Head of Economy and Tourism in Exeter City Council, responsible for the strategic development of the city's economy since 1998. HE is also a Board member of the Exeter Science Park company and a Board member of the University of Exeter Innovation Centre Strategy Board. Other relevant experience includes responsibility for collaborative projects involving universities, the private sector and others in supporting and encouraging business growth and competitiveness, establishing and overseeing a number of enterprise centres and the development and delivery of a large number of business support programmes promoting senior and owner management development.
