David Lupson is one of Europe's foremost science park practitioners. Responsible for the Cambridge Science Park for ten years, David facilitated the growth of a number of knowledge-clusters including, at the time, Europe's largest commercial life-sciences and biotechnology cluster.

David has a wealth of experience in the delivery of science parks and related projects, which he has applied to a large number of projects in the UK and Europe.

David was part of the pioneering team that delivered the first purpose-designed commercially leased laboratory in the UK. He has overseen the development and operations of more than 750,000 square feet of laboratories and science park facilities, managing science park assets with capital values over £300m.
