These include - fully serviced, partially serviced and un- serviced offices plus wet or dry laboratories.

The space is flexible so in most cases can be easily converted to suit individual user requirements. The serviced accommodation is provided in the Centre of Innovation and Enterprise, the other property offers are available in the Christian Building, Institute of Advanced Technology, Old Forge and Units 5 & 6.
