Begbroke offers a variety of office and laboratory space that range in service level according to the users' needs.

These include - fully serviced, partially serviced and un- serviced offices plus wet or dry laboratories.

The space is flexible so in most cases can be easily converted to suit individual user requirements. The serviced accommodation is provided in the Centre of Innovation and Enterprise, the other property offers are available in the Christian Building, Institute of Advanced Technology, Old Forge and Units 5 & 6.

All space is supported by our state of the art phone system, as well as by our dedicated, fast metroethernet broad band connecting with matching upload and download speeds.

Begbroke Science Park offers high-tech, knowledge-based, start-up and spin-out companies a unique professional environment in which to expand and grow. It is close to good transport links and just 5 miles from Oxford City Centre.

The CIE provides 15,000 sq ft of office and laboratory space, arranged over two floors and has been designed for maximum flexibility in use. All spaces can be adapted into labs and offices as required and spaces range from 1685m2 Specialist facilities can be installed easily and cost-effectively as companies request them.

Un-serviced offices and labs or grow on space is also available & ranger in size from 12- 1065m2. Across the entire science park we offer flexible agreements with negotiable notice periods which enables companies to expand into more space as and when required.

Rent of the space, business rates, building insurance, cleaning, maintenance, heating, lighting, site security, landscaping, use of meeting rooms and common areas is variably incorporated into the monthly fee.
